How Our Process Works

Our success in accurate and rocket fast recruitment lies in our 4-Step Process. This proprietary process includes everything from building frameworks, providing scripts, interview preparation, pre-employment screening and references, to interactive postings, debriefings, relocation designs and much more.   • Joint development of a detailed candidate qualification’s profile or job order.

  • Development of a position-specific search and promotion strategy.

  • Execute the search using state of the art sourcing software, internal recruiters, partner firms and our own database.

  • Qualify and present all candidates using the jointly-created qualification criteria, our experience, and the interview process.

 

Once a candidate is identified, we use enhanced communication protocols to communicate with both the employers and candidates. Our commitment to you is to guarantee that everyone we send to you is qualified, pre-screened, and is interested in the opportunity.

FEE STRUCTURE

Process is not the only attribute that sets us apart. At Faith Staffing, we take pride in our flexibility evidenced in everything we offer including our variable fee structure:

  • Contingency – No fee unless you actually hire a candidate submitted by Faith Staffing.

  • Direct Hire Fees: The Direct Hire Fee is based on the candidate’s first year’s estimated gross earnings .

Exclusive Search

  • An Exclusive Search has highest priority.

  • With a retainer fee, both you and Faith Staffing are equally vested.

  • Better recruiter control and communication. Your single, dedicated recruiter saves you time!

  • A higher level of professionalism in how your company and the opportunity are being presented to financial executive candidates. Because this opportunity is exclusive, candidates respond differently to recruiting calls.

  • More thorough knowledge of the candidates. The interview process is more intensive.

  • Greater overall expertise. This knowledge and experience will effect matters of interview feedback, offer negotiations, closing, and counteroffers.

  • Candidate exclusivity. Candidates are not “shopped around” or presented to other clients.

  • Best available financial executive candidate is hired as a result of a more thorough process. More viable candidates are identified and information is provided on only the best candidates.
